Welcome to Mind Body Soul Connection Counseling Services

My name is Ciara Williams, and I work therapeutically using subconscious reprogramming techniques and hypnosis supporting people on their journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful transformation. Originally from Cork, I live beside Rathclooney Lake in Co Clare, Ireland. 


I’m also a counsellor/psychotherapist (accredited with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) with over 20 years of experience. At the heart of everything I do is a person-centred approach, which means I honour your unique story, meet you with

empathy and respect and work in partnership with you every step of the way.


In recent years, my therapy practice has been powerfully deepened through subconscious reprogramming and RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) hypnosis work, cutting-edge tools

that allow us to go beyond talk therapy and directly access the root causes of emotional and behavioural blocks.


My goal is simple but profound: To help you overcome the deep-seated patterns and limiting beliefs that are holding you back, so you can step into the life you’re meant to live, free from the past and aligned with your true self, your true nature.


I know this work changes lives, because I’ve seen it in my clients, and I’ve experienced it myself. It’s fast, it’s powerful, and it creates real, lasting change.


I have always deeply valued counselling and psychotherapy, but sometimes, as was my experience in the past, it’s not enough. As I began to use these new techniques, I began to heal

and overcome at a pace I didn’t know was possible. I could immediately see & experience a difference in my everyday life. My nervous system began to settle and heal at rate I had never

before experienced.


I learned many wonderful healing modalities that began to change how I was experiencing my

life, and the lives of my clients for the better, energy healing techniques, psych-k, the emotion

code and Rapid Transformational Therapy.


I am very passionate about this work as I know what it can do and the healing it can bring. Few things bring me greater joy than seeing beautiful people free themselves from what is keeping

them stuck. I’m excited to bring this work to you.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a powerful, award-winning therapeutic approach that

combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and cognitive

behavioural therapy. It is designed to deliver rapid and lasting change by working directly with the

subconscious mind, the source of our emotional patterns, habits, and limiting beliefs.

Its personalised approach works with people to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits

and emotions, many of which have been carried with them since childhood. Often, these have been so

deeply buried in their subconscious that they are unaware of the past issues affecting them. By giving the

potential to alter thinking, it can put an end to negative self-talk, and life can be approached in a positive

way moving forward.


How Does It Work?

Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond

this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. It

then uses the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural

pathways in the mind.

The tools and techniques which form RTT® as a distinctive therapeutic approach are not purely

theoretical.


How is RTT® Different from Other Therapies?

RTTR helps a person uncover the root cause (not just the symptoms) of why they feel the way they

do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTTR helps the client discover the

origin of the beliefs, behaviours & blocks that have led to the issue. Using a unique set of tools and

techniques, RTTR supports the client in transforming their current issue and moving forward with a new

What Should I Expect from a Session?

In a session (approximately 2/2.5 hours) I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to

focus on past events. Together we will work to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the

time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the

past from your adult perspective today.

Once that has been achieved, l will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a

personalised audiotape for you to listen to for at least 21 days to establish beneficial change going

forward.

breaking down, and the familiar is no longer guaranteed. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious,

or untethered as we try to make sense of a world that seems to be in constant flux, but within

this global turbulence lies a powerful invitation, not to escape, but to turn inward.


There is a Chinese symbol for crisis that is almost identical to the symbol for opportunity. It may

not feel like it in the moment but disruption has a way of revealing what is no longer working,

both around us and within us. These moments can be painful but they offer a powerful opening:

a chance to pause, reflect and choose a different direction.


Now more than ever, we are being called to do the inner work. To examine the beliefs we’ve

carried, the patterns we’ve inherited, and the unconscious narratives that shape how we see

ourselves and the world. When we do this, we begin to reclaim our ability to respond with clarity

rather than react from fear. We cultivate resilience, deepen our self-trust, and learn how to hold

ourselves steady no matter what unfolds around us. Our inner narratives shape our outer reality,

and if we’re holding onto beliefs that keep us stuck, or afraid, they will continue to colour how we

experience the world.


This isn’t about bypassing reality or pretending everything is fine. It’s about meeting the moment

with awareness, honesty, and compassion, and allowing that inner alignment to guide our way

forward. This is why the inner work matters. When we bring awareness to our subconscious

programming, we begin to see more clearly. We can choose new perspectives. We can support

ourselves from the inside out, and in doing so, step into a future that feels more authentic,

empowered and grounded.


Real change, the kind that lasts, begins within. And when enough of us do this work, we

contribute to shaping something truly different: a more conscious, connected, and empowered

way of living.
