Hypnotherapy is widely regarded as the quickest way to change and I have found that when combined with other evidence based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy and subconscious reprogramming, as part of a strategic holistic approach, hypnotherapy can offer a complete emotional reset, clearing negative conditioning, clearing trauma and reprogramming new beliefs to support a more effective mindset, delivering true lasting change and growth. My approach helps people find out where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed and then transforms them. What is RTT®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a powerful, award-winning therapeutic approach that combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and cognitive behavioural therapy. What Should I Expect from a Session?
In a session (approximately 2/2.5 hours) I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. Together we will work to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.
Once that has been achieved, l will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalised audiotape for you to listen to for at least 21 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
