Hypnotherapy/Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®)

 

Hypnotherapy is often described as one of the most effective ways to create meaningful change. In my experience, when it is thoughtfully combined with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy and subconscious reprogramming, it can be deeply transformative.


Rather than simply managing symptoms, this work helps clear old emotional conditioning, gently process unresolved trauma, and reshape the beliefs that may be holding you back. The result is not just temporary relief, but a genuine emotional reset, a shift toward a calmer nervous system, a healthier mindset, and lasting personal growth.


It really is incredible. 


Together, we get to the ROOT CAUSE of the issue, exploring where and when unhelpful beliefs or behaviours FIRST BEGAN. Once we understand their origin, we can begin to transform them. This process is supported by the science of neuroplasticity,  the brain’s natural ability to form new neural pathways, allowing new, healthier patterns of thinking and responding to take root.

What is RTT®?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a powerful therapeutic approach that brings together hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and cognitive behavioural therapy.

It works directly with the subconscious mind, the part of us where our habits, emotional responses, and limiting beliefs are stored. Many of the patterns that shape our lives were formed in childhood or during emotionally significant moments. Often, we’re not consciously aware of them, yet they continue to influence how we think, feel, and behave. RTT® helps gently uncover these origins so they can be understood, reframed, and released.


By shifting the beliefs at their root, negative self-talk begins to soften, old habits lose their grip, and life can feel lighter and more aligned moving forward.


How Does RTT® Work?

RTT® goes beyond positive thinking. It helps you identify how, when, and why certain beliefs or behaviours were formed. Once we understand the meaning you created at the time, often from a younger perspective, we can update that interpretation with the awareness and strength of who you are today.


Using the principles of neuroplasticity, we then reinforce new, supportive beliefs so the brain can form healthier neural pathways. Change becomes natural rather than forced.


How is RTT® Different?

Many therapies focus on managing symptoms. RTT® focuses on understanding and healing the root cause. When we address the origin of a belief rather than just the behaviour it creates, change tends to be deeper and more lasting. People often describe feeling a sense of clarity, emotional release, and relief that they hadn’t experienced before. Because we are working at a subconscious level, noticeable shifts can often occur within one to three sessions, rather than months or years of traditional talk therapy.

What to Expect in a Session


A session lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes focused and receptive, similar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. From this calm space, we gently explore past events connected to your current challenges. Together, we uncover the beliefs formed at the time and update them from your adult perspective. Once the old interpretations are reframed, we install new, empowering beliefs aligned with who you want to become. After the session, you’ll receive a personalised audio recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days. This repetition helps strengthen the new neural pathways and integrate the changes fully.
